Tootsie

Tootsie was left in a trailer park when her owners moved out. When she had puppies the neighbors tried to help her, but the property owner said all loose dogs would be shot. Tootsie and her tribe came to S.T.A.A.R. Tootsie and the puppies will be available for adoption in June.
