You might think it would make the process easier! But we have found that since most of our time during the day is spent taking care of the dogs, returning an overwhelming number of voicemails becomes impossible! We have found that the most efficient use of our time (so we can spend more with the dogs!) is through the pre-adoption form that we request anyone who is interested in a dog fill out.
Having an approximate price for adoption would make the process easier. I have been looking for a new pet for several days now. I am not only interest in the type of dog and it location, but the best price as well. You are nearly 100 miles away from me, but if I can find the right dog, for the right price, I will be more willing to make the drive.
We live in the country and find dogs and cats that previous owners have left on our roads, to fend for themselves . We recently found 2 nice dogs that I guess someone could not care for and left them out here saying, go find another family. We would like info on how to find them a good home.

I wish you would publish a phone number it would make the adoption process much easier and not discourage people who are ready to adopt.
