You might think it would make the process easier! But we have found that since most of our time during the day is spent taking care of the dogs, returning an overwhelming number of voicemails becomes impossible! We have found that the most efficient use of our time (so we can spend more with the dogs!) is through the pre-adoption form that we request anyone who is interested in a dog fill out.

I wish you would publish a phone number it would make the adoption process much easier and not discourage people who are ready to adopt.
